This website is operated by CMR Improvements LLC, a remodeling company based in Caddo Mills, Texas. In these terms, “CMR,” “we,” and “us” mean CMR Improvements LLC, and “you” means the person using the site.
This site exists to describe the work we do, show examples of past projects, and let you get in touch about your own. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not use it to scrape our content, to send automated or bulk submissions through our forms, to attempt to gain access to anything not intended to be public, or in any way that interferes with the site working for anyone else.

A price from CMR means one thing: a written, fixed-price scope, prepared after CMR has walked your project in person, and signed by you. Until that document exists and you have signed it, nothing is committed on either side. That is as true in your favor as it is in ours.
Photographs of completed work show projects we actually did. They are examples, not a promise of what your project will look like, what it will cost, or how long it will take. Every house is different, which is why the inspection step exists before any number goes on paper.
Reviews shown on this site are published by customers on Google and are displayed here through a third-party service. They are the opinions of the people who wrote them. We do not edit them, and we do not pay for them.
When you send us a project inquiry, you agree that the information you give us is accurate, and that you are either the owner of the property or otherwise authorized to arrange work on it.
Please do not send payment card numbers, bank details, or other sensitive personal information through our web forms. They are not built for it. How we handle what you do send is described in our Privacy Policy.
The text, photographs, graphics, and logo on this site belong to CMR Improvements LLC or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You are welcome to view and print pages for your own use while considering a project. You may not republish our content, copy our project photographs, or use the CMR Improvements name or logo without our written permission.
