CMR Improvements is ready to
Kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, full home renovations and painting, handled by one crew with one point of contact. CMR walks the job with you, puts a fixed price in writing before anyone swings a hammer, and you do not pay the balance until you are happy with it.
Every Trade Under One Crew
Bathrooms and kitchens are the bulk of the work, but the crew covers the trades around them too: tile and flooring, drywall, trim and finish carpentry, and interior and exterior painting. One scope, one schedule, one crew, whatever combination the job calls for.
Vanity swaps through full gut remodels. Tub-to-shower conversions, walk-in showers, tile, waterproofing behind every wet surface, and the plumbing and electrical done by licensed trades. The part that decides whether a bathroom lasts twenty years is the layer you never see once the tile goes up.
Cabinet refacing and countertop swaps through full layout changes. Electrical planned around where your appliances actually live, load-bearing walls assessed before anything comes out, and cabinets set level on a floor that was fixed first, so doors still close right a year later.
Two or three rooms bundled into one project, or the whole house. The risk on a job this size is not any single trade doing bad work, it is the gaps between trades. Running it as one job with one crew is how those gaps close.

One Crew, Start to Finish
Most remodeling horror stories come down to the same two things: nobody tells you what is happening, and the crew changes every week. CMR runs it the other way around. The same crew carries your job from demo to the final walkthrough, and the thing homeowners mention most in their own reviews is not the tile or the cabinets, it is hearing from us.
If something behind a wall turns out worse than planned, you hear it that day with options and a real number, not in an invoice at the end.
We walk the space with you and ask what is actually bothering you about it, not just what you want to install. Bring a photo, a tile sample, anything that gives us a starting point. Budget gets discussed at this visit, because it decides how far the plan goes. Free, and no pressure to book on the spot.
Before you get a number, CMR checks everything that can be checked without tearing anything out: the age and condition of the plumbing, wiring and floors, and whether a wall you want gone is likely carrying weight. Some things only show up once demo starts. If one does, you hear about it that day, with options and a real number, not at the end in a surprise invoice.
Demo, rough-in, then finishes, always in that order. One crew runs your job start to finish instead of splitting across other sites to keep several projects moving at once. You get a real timeline once the scope is locked in, and an update every day the crew is in your house.
Before CMR calls it finished, we walk it with you, write down anything that is not right, and fix it before we leave. You get a list of exactly what was installed for warranty purposes, care instructions for new finishes, and a number to call if something comes up later. It reaches CMR directly, not a call center.
Improving Your Everyday
Tell us about your project and roughly what you want to spend. We come out in person, walk the space, and leave you with a written fixed price. Not a ballpark designed to get us in the door.
No sales pressure and no obligation. Send it over and we will get back to you within a business day.
Improving Your Everyday
CMR Improvements is a family-run remodeling company based in Caddo Mills. Its founder spent ten years working for the City of Garland, then started out painting on his own. In 2021 the family moved to Caddo Mills and started CMR out of the house. The name comes from the founder’s kids: Cheyenne, Melody and Rylan.
The first big job was a full kitchen remodel. The work since then has mostly come the way it came then, from neighbors telling neighbors. CMR is not the biggest outfit in North Texas and is not trying to be. What matters is that the tile is straight, the caulk lines are clean, and the homeowner is happy enough to call about the next room.
Every project gets the same attention whether it is a guest bath refresh or a whole house. That is the entire pitch.

No. Final payment is not collected until you have walked the finished space and you are satisfied with it. The payment structure is in your written scope from the start, so it is never a surprise partway through.
A written, fixed-price scope covering what the job includes and how payment is structured. Nothing is committed until you sign it.
For most jobs, nowhere. A single-room project normally lets you stay, with some disruption. A full remodel, or work touching plumbing or electrical throughout, often means a temporary setup elsewhere. We tell you which one yours is at the inspection visit.
